Where can I buy Double 8 Film and Processing?

I know that you can buy double8 film at www.chamblesscineequip.com. Adorama (www.adorama.com) is a good place to buy mailers, which covers the development cost from Kodak. As far as the *best* place to buy Double8 film--I don't know. I would also like to know the names of other places that sell Double8 film stock so I can compare prices.
